Great people skills

I typically go to Naperville Chevy but brought my Tahoe in for convenience. All went well, so far but communication was weak. I did get a call when my vehicle was in and we reviewed what I wanted but all I recieved was a text saying it was ready. When I went to pick it up, the service desk pushed me over to the cashier who gave me a total cost and handed me a stack of papers. There were two post it notes on the paperwork one indicating a leak with parts ordered and something about 7 days. The desk was empty when I left so there was no one to talk to. To be fair, it was Friday at 5:30.

I located a vehicle at Ron Westphal Chevrolet and made contact with Jesus with some questions. He was very helpful, knowledgeable, and transparent. We were able to negotiate everything over the phone and text. The vehicle was exactly as described, and the transaction went very smooth and efficiently. I have purchased a number of new vehicles over the years, and my experience with Ron Westphal was among the best.
