Buying a CarBravo vehicle from us means you get the highest level of protection and transparency. Recall-Free Guarantee

Every vehicle sold as a CarBravo unit must be free of all open recalls—including safety, non-compliance, emissions, or stop-sale recalls—before it can be certified or delivered. This is our promise for your peace of mind.

The 10-Day / 500-Mile Exchange Policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange the vehicle for another eligible CarBravo pre-owned or new GM vehicle.

  • **Policy Limit:** Cannot exceed 10 calendar days or 500 miles from the original date of purchase (whichever occurs first).
  • **Credit:** You will receive a trade-in credit equal to the purchase price of the original vehicle.
  • **Condition:** The vehicle must be returned to the same dealership in the same condition (minor wear and tear is acceptable).

We offer two levels of certification based on the vehicle's age and mileage to provide tailored protection for your purchase.

Standard Warranty Benefits

  • **Roadside Assistance** is included for the duration of the applicable warranty period.
